Nope! As long as you can provide access such as a key or doo/garage code, you are more than welcome to be away during cleanings. However, for first time clients, we recommend an introduction for a more personable relationship.

Our rates are set based off specific information provided to us about each home. They are non-negotiable. We value and take pride in our work.

Life can be tricky sometimes. We understand things happen and sometimes other things take priority and you might need to cancel.
If you need to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning, we are more than happy to reschedule you for a better time.
If you need to cancel within the 24 hour window, a small fee of $35 will be charged. This is partially for the reservation of your cleaning spot that day and to compensate for the time put aside for your cleaning.
If any unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to cancel your appointment the day of (or if access to your home is unavailable upon arrival) a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee will be charged. This is to compensate for time lost as our cleaners have scheduled time for your cleaning already. These policies help us provide the best service possible!
